    INSOURCE LEADS

    LEAD GENERATION SPECIALISTS- OUTBOUND B2B LEAD GENERATION EXPERTS NEED ONLY APPLY

    We are a leader in business to business (B2B) sales lead demand generation . The Insource Leads team seeks mature and experienced independent contractors who can work virtually as Lead Generation Specialists.

    THIS IS A FULL-TIME 1099 OPPORTUNITY WITH IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!

    PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE REQUIRED MINIMUM 1-YEAR EXPERIENCE IN OUTBOUND B2B LEAD GENERATION.

    QUALIFICATION:

    · Cold Calling Experts- Not afraid of making calls over 100 daily and speaking with high level decision makers -if this is outside of your comfort zone, please move on.

    · Ability to professionally email and send calendar invites to clients and prospects.

    · Experience working in outbound call centers and improving targeted sales campaigns -problem solvers welcome!

    · Higher pay for SaaS sales, Cybersecurity Sales, Technical MSPS sales or technical hardware sales with proven record of success.

    · Ability to multitask and problem solve.

    · Experience in working in a multi campaign environment is a plus!

    · Have a good phone etiquette and tonality, our team makes cold calls, but we highly emphasize sounding human and not robotic on the phone.

    LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead Generation Agents use our cloud-based software to access leads.
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals -our minimum is only 5 demos or sales appointments a week!
    • Use Cloud Based software to place outbound calls to uncover and qualify opportunities. for our clients, some campaigns require professional email follow ups to marketing campaigns.
    • Ability to navigate around gates keepers.
    • Ability to speak to decision makers and uncover interest and need.

    COMPENSATION AND PERKS:

    • Base pay plus bonus per demo or qualified sales appointment completed.
    • Room for advancement and promotion to W-2 Employee!

     

     

     

    APPOINTMENT SETTER SKILL SET/REQUIREMENTS:

    • Quiet home office set-up is mandatory.
    • High speed internet -network test must pass for our cloud-based communications center.
    • Ability to use Outlook for invites, Excel skills and a professional email and social etiquette.
    • Office 365 – Windows PC only – No I-phones allowed
