Join our team of skilled sales professionals!
· Work from home – No commuter costs World-Class Sales Support – Insource Leads generates sales appointments on your calendar and provides sales support in drafting your proposals and service agreements so you can do what you do best… close business.
Insource Leads is expanding its sales team nationally by adding new Business Development Directors to market our Demand Generation services to technology companies and various B2B complex-sale organizations. An ideal candidate:
· Experienced closer in the sale of Appointment Setting or Demand Generation services to hi-tech or complex-sale B2B companies; or,
· Experienced closer in the sale of Outbound Call Center Services, Telemarketing, Social Media, Email Marketing Services, and other similar solutions / industries.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, or related field
· Ability to manage very active pipeline with short sales cycles
· Ability to translate potential client needs into sales opportunities
· Extremely strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills
· Ability to conceptualize potential programs with clients while comprehending the various logistical and pricing parameters
This is an activity-intensive position due to the high-demand for our services. Company marketing campaigns generate daily leads for our Business Development Directors resulting in daily and weekly proposal activity and fast-moving sales pipelines. We are seeking a closer who is an effective manager of their time, has demonstrated an ability to manage and advance deals in a fast-paced sales environment, top producer, and quota-driven.
The individual's ability to converse and sell at the executive-level with hi-tech and B2B companies will be a key element to the selection criteria. Based on the success of our inbound marketing campaigns, our Business Development Directors average 1 to 2 proposals per day and 4 to 6 closes per month.
Average sales cycle is 30-45 days. Typical title targets are Director/ VP Sales, Manager, Director of Channel Sales, Director / VP Marketing.
Target Market: Software, Infrastructure-related solutions and products, Telecom, and many other hi-tech and business services companies nationwide.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Ideal candidates will have a successful sales track record selling demand generation, appointment setting, inside sales outsourcing, lead generation and tele sales outsourcing.
Experience working with a 30-60 day sales cycle.
Experience selling to Vice President and "C" level executives over Sales and Marketing.
Experience marketing to tech companies.
