POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technician Oversight & Policy Enforcement
Monitor technician locations and reassign jobs to ensure full coverage
Enforce uniform and service standards during field inspections
Address real-time issues and support technicians throughout the shift
Resolve conflicts, manage time effectively, and escalate critical concerns
Track performance trends and report recurring issues to leadership
Administrative task reporting & communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Complete shift-end reports and maintain accurate performance records
Log attendance, violations, and job completion status in internal platforms
Participate in quality audits and assist with documentation reviews
Communicate inspection results with internal teams and clients
Attend virtual meetings and support updates to field procedures
Assist with technician training and protocol refinement as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required, or has achieved its equivalency.
1+ year of experience in inspection, sanitation, or field operations
Proficient in using the internet and computers.
Reliable Laptop/desktop (≤ 4 years old) with working webcam & mic
Minimum computer specs: 16GB RAM, 3.0GHz, 4-core CPU
Internet: 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload

Inspect jobs to ensure service quality and standard compliance.
Communicate job status and inspection issues to clients professionally.
Identify and resolve service or technician issues on-site.
Guide and monitor technicians during shifts for compliance.
Optimize job assignments and technician deployment in real time.
Reassign or reschedule jobs based on field conditions.
Conduct live inspections and flag quality or safety issues.
Submit shift reports and update technician performance records.
Ensure all jobs meet NYC sanitation regulations and standards.
Confirm proper check-ins and technician uniform compliance.
