    Job Description

    SURVEY PROGRAMMER ​​​​​

    Our client is a global Human Insights company. Founded in Australia in 2010, they are a growing organization that delivers Human Insights through a unique combination of technology innovation and consulting expertise.

    Reporting to the Head of Scripting, you will initiate, manage, and deliver survey scripting deliverables on time and to a high professional standard. Our client will expect you to liaise with clients to understand and accept survey scripting briefs in detail. Where necessary, you will also provide assistance in scoping survey scripting requirements, in a collaborative approach, by utilizing survey shaper and scripting expertise to assist in finalizing requirements.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prioritize and manage project tasks/deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously and on time
    • Project manage data collection of online surveys including liaison with panel providers and third party providers as required 
    • Source and set up client lists and project quotas as required to specification
    • Operating to high company standards for data security and data management including:
    • Maintain and adhere to policies outlined in ISO 27001 accreditation at all times
    • Complete rigorous data checking and quality control across all deliverables provided
    • High quality data processing, file manipulation, recoding and construction to brief and as required 
    • Debug and cross check survey scripts produced by other team members 
    • Be part of the global team that provides scripting expertise across the global projects as required.
    • Keep Head of Scripting updated of projects timelines and status to meeting deadlines through weekly work in progress meetings.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Technical

    • 2+ years of experience with a survey platform
    • Experience building surveys
    • Strong sense of logic / understanding of data
    • Strong attention to detail
    • HTML / Java Script
    • Scripting experience is a plus

    Required Skills

    • Strong work ethic
    • Willingness to learn
    • Highly adaptable and accountable
    • Able to work individually

    Preferred Skills (not required)

    • Survey platform experience (i.e. Confirmit, Qualtrics, Medallia or similar survey platform)
    • Social research / market research experience is an asset
    • CSS Language experience
