    As the SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE, an outbound dialing role, you’ll work directly with the Sales Development Team and you’ll be an integral part of helping the company secure qualified sales meetings.


    • Engage prospective clients by phone and email
    • Make 75-100 phone calls daily
    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for assigned clients
    • Partner closely with the services team to ensure proper handoffs
    • Accurately log activities and keep contact information up to date in CRM


    • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
    • Personable and outgoing, self-starter, results-oriented
    • Experience with a wide variety of technologies including MSOffice, CRM, and web-based tools
    • Comfortable learning and working with new technology and software
    • Interested in working with a quickly evolving and growing company
    • Comfort with a casual but fast-paced work environment
    • Must be capable of working remotely from the Central / Midwestern U.S.
    • This role cannot be performed in Colorado


    • 1 year of consecutive sales-related phone calling experience required
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
