    RESPONSIBILITIES:        

    • Ownership and execution of the full scope of human resource recruiting and talent development activities including, strategy, recruitment, on-boarding, staff management and staff turnover activities.
    • Partners with managers and supervisors to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required.
    • Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings.
    • Develop, plan, coordinate and administer all recruitment and examination processes, which includes working collaboratively with hiring managers to ensure that position descriptions accurately reflect the work performed and the development of a recruiting outreach and interviewing plan for each key position,
    • Composing and posting employment advertisements to various internal and external media, utilizing boards, social media and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates and researching new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
    • Perform targeted candidate searches; increase applicant flow via internet job boards, employee referrals, local advertising and social networks.
    • Execute end-to-end recruiting processes. Work within Applicant Tracking System to create and publish requisitions, screen candidates, negotiate offers and coordinate a smooth on-boarding experience.
    • Planning and supporting recruiting events. Conducting research on recruitment standards and monitoring new trends and opportunities.
    • Maintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates and continued contact with hard-to-find skilled candidates to retain interest.
    • Participate and/or develop outreach programs to other entities and communities to promote employment opportunities within the company.
    • Carry out research to benchmark and identify best practices within resourcing and recruitment within the field.
    • Undertake checks to ensure eligibility to work in the US and evidence suitability through reference checks, etc.
    • Assess the needs for internal training and develops programs when and as required.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in high-volume healthcare recruiting.
    • Proven ability to create and execute sourcing strategies for hard to fill and roles.
    • Experience utilizing social networking tools for recruiting purposes.
    • Professional communication style, presentation and solid business acumen.
    • Willingness to work non-standard hours and travel domestically as needed.
    • Must have well-developed applicant screening and behavioral interviewing skills.
    • Ability to make sound screening and hiring decisions, independently.
    • Focused and proactive approach to work tasks.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated organizational skills.
    • Must be comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
    • Acts with high integrity, including handling confidential and sensitive information.
    • Computer and internet savvy; Basic computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Zoom.

    PREFERRED:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
