Inspire Nursing Services-a rapidly growing home health agency is looking for experienced LPN's to complete home health follow up visits for patients located within the Lake & Porter County areas. Part time and PRN positions available. Will also consider applicants interested in contracting as a 1099 employee.

$45/per visit (Weekly Pay!)

Qualifications

• Current Indiana License and graduate of an approved school of nursing

• Must have prior home health care experience

-Recent two step PPD or blood test equivalent

• Experience with AXXESSCARE charting software a plus

-Demonstrated competency with CMS charting requirements

• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgement

-Wound care experience is a plus!!

Responsibilities

• Follows the plan of care as established by a registered nurse

• Communicates with the care team regarding changes in condition.

• Performs services in accordance with the plan of care.

• Prepares clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of in a timely manner as per Agency policy.

• Counsels the patient and family/significant others in meeting nursing and related needs..

• Supervises and teaches home health aides.

-Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
