As a Public Relations Assistant, you will be in charge of the organization's public relations campaigns for a continually developing event marketing company that provides marketing, advertising, and consulting services to large national businesses and organizations
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with internal teams and have open lines of contact with senior management.
- Arrange public relations events and act as the company's spokesman.
- Developing customer relationships and promoting promotional services
- Creating public relations strategies and campaigns
- Develops and maintains collaborative ties with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups.
- Teaches client representatives on how to communicate effectively with the general public and workers.
- Analyzes the organization's goals, promotional policies, and requirements in order to develop public relations tactics that impact public opinion and promote goods, ideas, and services.
- Keeps the organization's image and identity intact.
- Event Attendance
- Collaborates with management to discover trends and assess advertising to see whether it aligns with the organization's public relations aims.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in public relations, sales, or other relevant disciplines is preferred.
- The ability to establish relationships with clients
