    Who Are We:

    Soccer Shots East County San Diego, LLC, is a team of passionate individuals who are world changers bringing social-emotional skill development to children aged 18 months to 10 years old through the game of soccer. The high-quality and high-energy soccer classes run weekly throughout East and South San Diego. We proudly serve and partner with Preschools, Elementary Schools, and Public Parks, serving thousands of families every week.

    Our sessions are more than just soccer—we lead structured, play-based activities that help kids build confidence, social skills, and a love for being active. If you’ve worked at camps, after-school programs, or with young children in group settings, you’ll feel right at home here.

    Summary:

    Soccer Shots East County San Diego, LLC, looking for energetic, reliable, and engaging individuals who enjoy working with children and are comfortable leading groups in a fun, structured environment. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for those with experience in camps, childcare, or youth programs who want to stay active and make a positive impact. You’ll lead soccer-based activity sessions where you’ll be on your feet, interacting with kids, guiding activities, and keeping energy high from start to finish.

    What You’ll Do:

    Lead 10–20 sessions per week (based on availability)

    Run fun, structured, and engaging classes using a provided curriculum

    Keep children focused, active, and excited throughout each session

    Manage groups of children in a positive and organized way

    Adapt activities to different age groups (18 months–10 years)

    Build positive relationships with children, families, and site staff

    Maintain a safe and supportive environment during all sessions

    What We’re Looking For:

    Experience working with groups of children (camps, childcare, after-school programs, etc.)

    High energy and enthusiasm—comfortable leading and engaging groups

    Strong presence—able to keep kids focused while making things fun

    Patient, positive, and adaptable

    Reliable and able to manage time and responsibilities independently

    Requirements:

    Ability to run, play, and stay active throughout multiple sessions

    Ability to lift and carry equipment (approx. 40 lbs)

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel across San Diego required)

    Availability for at least two weekdays and Saturdays

    Min. 1-year commitment

    Proof of TB test (as required)

    Ability to pass background check

    Pay & Benefits:

    No prior soccer or coaching experience required (training provided)

    $18–$23/hr for coaching sessions (based on experience)

    Mileage reimbursement (IRS rate)

    Monthly cell phone stipend
