Overview The Install Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient project execution from sale to completion. This position acts as the bridge between sales, customers, and installation crews—owning scheduling, communication, and job readiness.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in organization, problem-solving, and customer service.
Responsibilities
All other duties as assigned.
Schedule and coordinate installation jobs with customers and crews
Confirm job readiness (materials, permits, paperwork, measurements)
Communicate proactively with customers regarding installation timelines and expectations
Manage daily install calendar and adjust for changes or delays
Support and coordinate installer crews to ensure efficient workflow
Track job progress and update systems (CRM/360) accurately
Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns quickly and professionally
Work closely with sales and operations to ensure seamless handoff of projects
Identify opportunities to generate positive reviews and referrals during the install process
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
