Install Crew Lead - Foundation & Drainage Company We’re growing fast and looking for people who take pride in their work, want to be part of a solid team, and are ready to step into a leadership role. • Steady, year-round work • Leadership opportunity with real responsibility • Work that actually matters — protecting homes • Tight-knit crew, no drama • Opportunity to grow as the company grows • Local work (home most nights) Responsibilities: • Lead a crew on crawlspace encapsulation, waterproofing, and foundation repair projects • Ensure jobs are completed correctly, efficiently, and to the company's standards • Train and guide crew members on-site • Maintain clean, organized job sites • Communicate with management on job progress and issues • Solve problems in the field and make decisions when needed Qualifications: • Construction experience required (foundation or waterproofing experience is a plus) • Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred • Strong work ethic and reliability — no babysitting required • Comfortable working in crawlspaces and physically demanding environments • Ability to lift 50+ lbs • Valid driver’s license Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly + Commission
