We’re looking for an experienced Roofing Repairs Crew Leader who understands how to diagnose and repair roofing issues properly and who takes pride in professional, customer‑focused work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage roof repair projects from start to finish
Diagnose leaks and roofing issues accurately and recommend proper repairs
Ensure repairs are done correctly, safely, and to high workmanship standards
Perform and oversee repairs on shingles, flashing, vents, pipe boots, and minor structural issues
Lead, train, and support crew members on the job site
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and project managers
Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
