Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule installations for sold work
- Dispatch and support sales personnel as needed
- Own and manage installation calendars to maximize efficiency
- Pull required permits and schedule final inspections
- Serve as the central point of coordination between sales, installers, dispatch, customers, and management
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and systems tracking
- Conversion rates
- Job efficiency and timelines
- Discounts applied
- Job status and close-out progress
- Handle required registrations, warranties, and compliance documentation
- Calculate commissions for completed installations and report them to management and payroll
- Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, gaps, or inefficiencies and resolve them before they become issues

- Experience in home services, construction, or installation coordination preferred
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and scheduling software
