UAS is seeking a highly motivated Installation Administrator to support our national installation team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations—creating and reviewing jobs, mentoring team members, and ensuring our security system installations meet the highest standards.

    **Role Overview
** This position is responsible for handling a variety of job creation duties, administrative duties, and operational support duties in the National Installation and Operations Support division.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for creating and reviewing all jobs to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Ability to create and update Work Orders, including pertinent details and accurate information.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timeline constraints.
    • Possess a basic understanding of security systems and equipment for accurate job and Work Order creation/review.
    • Ability to configure a security system proposal based on a verbal or written client request.
    • Responsible for updating internal systems in a timely fashion to ensure pertinent information is captured for future access.
    • Ability to work with Sales and other departments professionally to ensure accurate information and a good client experience before installations begin.
    • Possess a basic understanding of phases of construction, code/license requirements, and the permitting process relating to job and work order creation.
    • Responsible for updating internal tracking reports and pulling accurate reports upon request.
    • Assist with moderate to high-level data and administrative requests as needed.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering a high-quality experience for both internal teams and clients. You may be a great fit if you have:

    • Relevant experience in installation operations, job/work order creation, or project coordination — experience in security systems or related industries is a plus.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
    • Comfort using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
    • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with construction phases, permitting, or compliance requirements is helpful, but not required — we're happy to train the right person.

    **Work Requirements:
** The position is considered sedentary and requires extended periods of telephone and PC exposure. Must have the ability to interact professionally with varying personalities and all levels within the organization.
