    Installation Logistics Coordinator (Industrial Projects)
    Location: Texas (Houston Area) - Remote
    Salary: $65,000 + 10% Bonus

    About the Role

    The Installation Logistics Coordinator serves as the operational hub for active installation projects, coordinating field personnel, travel logistics, workforce mobilization, documentation, materials, and communication across multiple simultaneous projects. This role acts as the right-hand support to the Construction Manager and plays a critical role in keeping field operations running efficiently.

    A key responsibility of this position is coordinating and deploying a dedicated installation crew across multiple project sites. The Coordinator will manage scheduling, travel, workforce readiness, certifications, and resource allocation to ensure the same team can successfully execute different projects as priorities shift.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate field logistics, technician scheduling, and job site deployment
    • Manage and schedule a dedicated installation crew across multiple active projects
    • Coordinate workforce mobilization, travel arrangements, lodging, and site access requirements
    • Ensure field personnel maintain required certifications, training, and readiness for upcoming projects
    • Support multiple active projects simultaneously with shifting priorities
    • Maintain project documentation including schedules, certifications, compliance records, and site documentation
    • Interface with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
    • Assist with coordination of materials, deliveries, equipment, and vendor communication
    • Track workforce availability and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
    • Support onsite and hybrid field operations throughout the Houston/Webster area

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience coordinating field personnel, technicians, or crews in construction, industrial services, field service, manufacturing support, or related environments
    • Experience with logistics coordination, dispatching, workforce scheduling, or technician deployment
    • Experience managing travel arrangements, mobilization, lodging, and workforce logistics
    • Experience maintaining project documentation, certifications, compliance records, schedules, and site records
    • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects with changing priorities
    • Experience working directly with field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and internal operations teams
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems
    • Experience in construction-related environments (industrial preferred; commercial construction experience also considered)
    • Ability to coordinate personnel and resources across multiple job sites while maintaining workforce readiness

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Industrial construction experience
    • Commercial construction project coordination experience
    • Field service, installation, or workforce deployment experience
    • PPE coordination and safety compliance experience
    • Experience tracking TWIC cards, OSHA credentials, certifications, licensing, and workforce compliance documentation
    • Experience coordinating materials, deliveries, vendors, and procurement logistics
    • Experience supporting technician onboarding and readiness activities
    • Experience improving logistics or operational processes
    • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Project Management, Service, and Sales teams
    • Familiarity with field operations and job site logistics
