Who We're Looking For Batbox is seeking a Dallas-based Installation Manager to build and scale our national simulator installation engine. This person will own the end-to-end model for deploying Batbox baseball simulators across sports bars, entertainment venues, and partner locations - from site readiness and install playbooks to logistics, inventory, procurement, and post-install support.

This role is ideal for someone who has operated in a similar role for a mid-sized AV company (50-100+ employees) or similar - overseeing the end-to-end operations of hardware and software installations across multiple client sites, while leading a team.
Your commitment to our core values of ‘Be a Good Person’, ‘Amp the Experience’, ‘Lead Together’, & ‘Level Up’ and your dedication to our pillars of ‘Craft Legendary Experiences’, ‘Powered by People’, ‘Build for the Future’, & ‘Beyond the Game’ will contribute to a future that's innovative and beyond the ordinary.

Experience managing or coordinating field installation teams and third-party contractors across multiple U.S. regions
Familiar with tools like HubSpot (CRM), Monday.com (PM), and inventory or fulfillment systems
