Job Description

Pay is $22-$26/hr DOE

Typical work schedule will Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p

• Communicates the open capacity to the internal team.

• Communicate with customers regarding dates of their installation.

• Develops and maintains strong internal and external client relationships.

• Troubleshoots project order/installation timeline issues in a timely manner.

• Participates in corporate or national process improvement teams or councils, providing recommendations and modifications to operating policies and procedures, assist with training and implementation to attain greater profitability and efficiency in work.

• Potentially communicate logistics, shipping & receiving, materials ordered, re-ordering per job to customers

• Oversees job tracking and forecasting activities locally.

• Ensures install readiness and job closeouts.

• Schedules of work for return visits (go-backs), as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Understanding a range of work procedures and practices, some of which are non-routine, which require a base level of specialized / technical knowledge.

• Requires the ability to elaborate on routine information and ensure understanding.

• External communication that includes clients, vendors, and service providers

• Internal Communication that includes manufacturing, corporate, and other CCO teams.

• Makes minor corrections and adjustments to solve simple issues.

• Modifies existing processes in order to resolve issues, updating existing work methods.

• Act independently to achieve objectives within appropriate guidelines, practices, and precedents.
