Position Summary
The Installation Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and preparing the daily and weekly installation schedule to ensure work is assigned efficiently, changes and corrections have been documented, customers and internal teams are informed, and installation crews are positioned for success. This role partners closely with the Installation Operations Coordinator to manage documentation, supports quality initiatives, and minimizes operational interruptions so the Senior Installation Manager can focus on leadership, scheduling strategy, and continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
· Prepare daily and weekly installation schedules for review and approval.
· Review incoming work orders for completeness and installation readiness.
· Balance installer workloads based on skills, geography, and capacity.
· Monitor installer availability, time away, and scheduling conflicts.
· Coordinate schedule adjustments resulting from customer requests or operational changes.
· Complete Installer Payroll Processing each week.
• Create and maintain installer/provider records, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and current.
• Audit completed daily schedules to verify all installations, corrections, and changes have been accurately documented in
· RFMS and supporting systems.
• Document scheduling decisions, changes, and exceptions to support development of standardized scheduling procedures and future training.
