Spacesaver is looking for a skilled and motivated Installation Technician (Support Tech 4) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company on-site, ensuring our innovative storage solutions are installed to the highest standards.
Office Hours, when onsite 8am - 430pm
**Wage based on experience $30-$34 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Install, troubleshoot, and service Spacesaver products both in the field and in-house.
- Lead and coordinate temporary installation crews on job sites nationwide.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Communicate daily with supervisors, project managers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project plans, drawings, and materials before deployment.
- Track labor hours and project budgets, and report on job progress.
- Support trade shows, R&D, and prototype installations when not traveling.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.

Required Skills
What You Bring:
- Willingness and ability to travel on average 40% - 60% per year, including little to occasional international travel.
- Must be able to obtain a passport for travel purposes
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and 3+ years of construction experience, or an associate degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction, electrical systems, and blueprint reading.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- OSHA 30 and forklift certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
- Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
