    Job Title: Installer & Warehouse Crew Member

    Employment Status: Full Time

    Shift: usually Monday to Friday 8 hrs. shift Compensation: upon experience $27-$35 hr.

    Requires Driving: Yes (Company vehicle)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    StruXure NorCal is seeking a qualified, energetic, proactive, experienced, highly motivated, determined and target driven person to join our Installations & Warehouse Team Crew, with a strong understanding of our products and parts, and to ensure our products are properly installed.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Installation of deck, pergolas and other outdoors components · Proper power tools handling and use.

    · Moving materials and/or equipment.

    · Loading or unloading materials.

    · Digging & trenching.

    · General warehouse labor.

    · Various other types of general labor projects.

    · Driving to job sites, dump facilities, lumber yards.

    · Cutting, preparing, and installing structures and pieces.

    · Work together with our Installation Crew Team.

    · Perform and demonstrate continuous improvement.

    · Impeccable knowledge of our products and parts.

    · Maintain a positive attitude.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    · Must be able to meet any physical demands of the job, which vary based on assignment.

    · Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions.

    · Power tools and/or carpentry experience desired.

    · Ability to meet deadlines, commitments, and provide input & feedback to the team.

    · Understand & knowledge of our products & services.

    · Strong organizational and communication skills

    · Detail oriented and able to multi-task.

    · Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-growing company environment.

    · Able to listen, understand and follow instructions from Installation Manager.

    · A highly motivated person who can think independently yet work as a team player.

    · Ability to quickly troubleshoot complex situations for team members.

    · Three or more years of work-related experience.

    · Must be able to lift 25+ lbs. or more for most projects.

    · Can clearly communicate with others in-person, over the phone, through text and email.

    · Highly motivated, determined and target driven.

    · Self-motivated with good time management and task prioritization skills.

    · Valid driver’s license with clean record.

    · Background check will be requested.

    · Authorized to work and live in the USA.

    · Fluent in English.
