About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Install epoxy flooring and cabinets with precision and attention to detail.
Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary treatments.
Measure and cut materials to ensure a perfect fit.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all installations.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in flooring and cabinet installation is a plus.
Familiarity with epoxy materials and installation techniques is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Installing epoxy flooring and garage cabinetry.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Education: High School or equivalent (Preferred)
Language: English (Required)
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
