We're hiring an Installer - Holiday Lighting. This active, hands-on position is ideal for candidates with experience in construction, roofing, landscaping or other outdoor trades who enjoy physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions and delivering high-quality results. The role requires confidence working at heights, including climbing 28-foot ladders daily.
Build a year-round career with us by starting in holiday lighting and transitioning into a full-time Lawn Care Technician - Pesticide Applicator role. We provide training and support to obtain your Massachusetts Pesticide License!
We Offer:
- Pay rate $22/hour with overtime during peak season
- Schedule starting at 8:00am Mon-Fri and Saturdays

Additional Requirements for our Installer:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with 2+ years of driving history
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally
- Self-motivated, dependable and able to work independently and as a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Must pass a background check
Physical Requirements include ability to:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Walk, stand, climb, crouch, and perform physical work for extended periods
- Work at heights and climb 28-foot ladders
- Safely use small equipment, hand and power tools
- Safely operate equipment within manufacturer's 300 lb. weight limit
Responsibilities for our Installer:
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, materials and equipment
- Prepare equipment and materials for daily installation projects
- Install and remove holiday lighting and décor safely and efficiently
- Apply decorating techniques for lighting bushes, windows, trees, roofs, etc.
- Operate trucks, trailers, and bucket trucks
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Maintain vehicles, equipment, jobsites and a professional appearance
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and team
