Job Description: We are seeking skilled Installers to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing attic insulation, solar-powered attic ventilation systems, and other energy-efficient home improvement solutions. This is a hands-on position that offers room for growth in a rapidly expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install attic insulation to improve home energy efficiency.
• Set up and install solar-powered attic ventilation systems.
• Assist with various home improvement projects as needed.
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment on the job site.

Requirements:

• Experience in insulation, construction, or a similar field is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
