Equipment Installer

\- Direct Hire (Seasonal - April - October)

\- $20-22 per hour with overtime offered

\- Work in a team of 2

Our client is based in the Twin Cities and looking for installers to partner with mid-west dealerships to assemble product at dealership sites. Your weeks will be busy and will require solid experience with hand power tools and working with mechanical and electrical components to ensure proper setup, operation, and performance of installed equipment. Prior experience in construction, assembly or working with dock install, would be a great background.

Essential to this role will be a clean driving record and the ability to back a pick up and trailer (you will be required to drive a company pickup).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to lift 50–75+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude; experience with hydraulic or similar systems preferred
• Prior experience in equipment installation, repair, or similar hands-on work is beneficial
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including near or on water

Work Environment

• Primarily working at customer locations or service facilities and outdoor work at some locations will be required.
• Seasonal demand, with peak workload during spring and fall
• Will may involve travel to various job sites and neighboring states.
