At Bumble Bee Blinds of Northwest Arkansas, we are seeking an experienced trade professional to join our Hive as our Window Treatment Installer. Experienced candidates, as well as candidates meeting at least some (but not all) of the job requirements, are encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

● Salary plus quarterly measure accuracy bonus

● Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Install blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, motorized window treatments, and exterior screens

● Charge motorized treatments for customers as a scheduled service

● Measure windows and perform repairs and warranty work

● Take before and after photos of every installation

● Collect balances due and leave every job site clean

● Receive freight, operate pallet jack, and keep warehouse and vehicle organized

● Occasional ad hoc support including canvassing prospects with marketing materials

REQUIREMENTS

● Valid driver's license with clean driving record

● Must pass a background check

● Able to lift 50–100+ lbs and work on ladders up to 30 feet

● Comfortable with hand and power tools

● Professional, customer-friendly attitude

● Trade or installation experience preferred — will train the right person
