We are a luxury window treatment company in Louisville, KY looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented installer to join our team.

This position involves installing:

• Custom shades and hardware
• Motorized window treatments
• Exterior motorized screens and shutters

The ideal candidate is:

• Mechanically inclined and good with tools
• A strong problem-solver
• Detail-oriented and professional in clients’ homes
• Comfortable using ladders and working at heights
• Able to lift and handle heavy materials/equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

Experience in window treatments is not required, but experience with carpentry, installation, motorization, or low-voltage systems is a plus.
