Job Description We are an in-store marketing firm located in PA looking grow to throughout the East Coast Region. We are hiring for Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join our team of retail marketing professionals. Individuals will receive paid training on product knowledge, sales strategies, and marketing information. We take pride in representing Fortune 100 & 500 companies and expanding their footprint, therefore, team members must be comfortable with face to face contact with consumers in a retail setting.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES REP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Quickly apply sales and marketing techniques to promote client information
• Ability to build a strong rapport with current clients and potential customers
• Maintain current relationships with clients by reaching brand exposure goals
• Actively seek to establish new pipelines of business by learning demographics
• Ability to coach, train, and develop others for the overall success of the team
• Comfortable working hands-on to set-up and organize event equipment
