Customer Relations Representative $14-17/ Hourly + performance bonuses and incentives + Competitive Commission Structure

The Customer Relations Representative maintains the daily operations of the customer relations and be an effective member of our sales team. This position involves professional representation of our clients and implements promoting, educating, and assisting in customer needs of our client's products and services to diverse audiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports and is active in reaching our client's expectations and goal for our organization
• Driven to advance into more leadership and management positions
• Ability to be present and collaborative with our team
• Account management and set up of customer accounts--while assisting with any customer inquires or concerns
• Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor
• Must be able to commute reliably within our job market

JOB REQUIREMENTS: OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• 1 to 3 years of Customer Service, sales, or other related field experience
• Ability to cross-train and develop team members
• Ability to retain and acquire customers with a warm client base
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform in a fast paced work environment with professionalism and respect for other team members
• Identifies, addresses, reports, and resolves problems promptly
• Effective time management skills and ability to be on time for all trainings and scheduled work obligations
• Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.
• Balances team and individual responsibilities and helps build a positive team spirit.
• Adapts and able to deal with frequent changes in the work environment
