Position: Full-Time Location: Fort Worth, TX

We are seeking dedicated Instructional Aides to support classroom teachers and students in our school site at Fort Worth, TX. These full-time positions offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting with instruction, classroom management, and individualized student support.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.

Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.

Support students with academic and behavioral needs.

Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student success.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred).

Prior experience working with children in educational settings preferred.
