    Job Description

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Instructional Coach to join our dynamic educational team in Oklahoma City, United States. As an Instructional Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing our teaching staff, ultimately enhancing student achievement and fostering a positive learning environment.

    • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to teachers, focusing on classroom management, instructional strategies, and student engagement
    • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching practices
    • Develop and facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions for faculty members
    • Collaborate with school leadership to establish and maintain a structured, achievement-oriented school culture
    • Analyze student performance data and work with teachers to implement data-driven instructional strategies
    • Support the implementation of curriculum and instructional initiatives across grade levels
    • Assist in the development and refinement of lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials
    • Coordinate and manage state and interim assessments in collaboration with school administration
    • Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to promote a positive learning environment
    • Stay current with educational research and best practices, sharing insights with the teaching staff
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; Master's degree preferred
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a classroom teacher with a proven record of high achievement
    • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, such as instructional coach, department head, or administrator
    • Demonstrated knowledge of current educational trends, best practices, and instructional strategies
    • Strong understanding of curriculum development and implementation
    • Proficiency in data analysis and its application to instructional improvement
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
    • Experience with culturally responsive pedagogy and leadership
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
    • Proficiency in educational technology and data analysis tools
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
    • Commitment to continuous professional growth and learning
    • Experience teaching or supporting English Language Learners is a plus
