We are conducting a confidential search for an Instrumentation Engineer to support industrial engineering projects based out of Birmingham, Alabama. This role will focus on instrumentation system design, specification development, and technical support for industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support instrumentation engineering for industrial projects
• Develop and review instrument specifications, valve sizing, and control documentation
• Assist with P&ID reviews, instrument selection, and system design
• Coordinate with process, electrical, and project teams
• Support field troubleshooting, installation, and execution activities

Qualifications

• 5–20 years of instrumentation engineering experience
• Experience in heavy industrial or process environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of instrument specifications, valve sizing, and industrial controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
