Job Description
Responsible for all phases of instrumentation, control and networking at it relates to process control, process instrumentation and computer network. Responsible for all calibration requirements. Responsible for efficient and cost effective maintenance and repair of all plant/building equipment, both electrical and mechanical. Perform preventative maintenance procedures, as required and understand and utilize computerized work order system and maintenance inventory system.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Trouble shoot and repair or adjust existing equipment
Layout and install new equipment
Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled
Machine shop operation
Maintain boiler operations and steam handling systems. (ex. valves, traps)
Document all test results, process parameters and adjustments and environmental regulatory requirements
Operation of forktruck.
Operation of boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other motorized equipment as necessary.
Comply with all federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations and requirements.
Comply with company policies and site work rules.
Perform needed housekeeping functions
Complete environmental data gathering, as needed
Other duties as assigned or required.
