A leading industrial automation and process control firm specializing in the design, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation systems for manufacturing and energy facilities. They're known for delivering high-precision control solutions and providing hands-on technical support to clients across multiple industries.
We're seeking an experienced Instrumentation Technician III to support installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced instrumentation and control systems used in industrial and process environments. This position plays a critical role in maintaining system reliability, supporting automation upgrades, and ensuring plant operations meet performance and compliance standards.
Install, calibrate, test, and maintain process instrumentation and control systems (flow, pressure, temperature, level, etc.).
Configure, troubleshoot, and repair PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
Perform diagnostics and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and loop drawings.
Work closely with engineering teams on control system integration and field modifications.
Prepare detailed calibration and maintenance records for compliance and audits.
Mentor and train junior technicians on best practices and safety standards.
10+ years of experience as an Instrumentation or Controls Technician in industrial, process, or manufacturing settings.
Strong technical knowledge of process instrumentation, calibration, and automation systems.
Skilled in troubleshooting PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems.
Experience working from technical drawings and control documentation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites when required.
ISA Certification (Level I-III).
Familiarity with automation systems such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Honeywell.
Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and industrial safety standards.
