SHIFT 1: 8 AM - 5 PM SOME WEEKENDS REQUIRED.

OR

SHIFT 2: 12 PM - 9 PM SOME WEEKENDS REQUIRED.

EITHER WAY, MUST BE WILLING TO STICK TO THE CHOSEN SHIFT.

*Salaried, full time position

This is NOT seasonal position. In office position. No travel required. No commission but bonus opportunities available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to inbound calls from customers for new sales, to take applications over the phone, and for post sales customer service.

• Follow up with warm leads.

• Email support.

• Administrative related tasks such as mailing, proof reading or research.

• Related miscellaneous tasks related to insurance agency.

• Handle other assigned projects. Handling phone calls is not the only responsibility as phones are not constantly busy.

*REQUIREMENTS:

*The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Life and Health Insurance Agent License. If you don't already have it, you must be willing to get it within 3 months of joining.

• Computer proficiency is a must as all the work is performed online.

• Must be very proficient with email, Internet, Microsoft office (Word, Excel).

• Ability to type correct 40 wpm while talking to customer on the phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Some college preferred

• Minimum of one year of insurance service experience in a call center preferred

• Prior experience with insurance industry is a plus

• Must have good oral and written communication skills

• Good problem solving and analytical skills

• Good organizational skills

• Good customer service skills

• Good phone skills

• Must be Detail oriented
