What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day insulation operations and ensure quality installations.

Conduct in-home consultations and present insulation solutions to homeowners.

Drive revenue through effective selling and upsell opportunities.

Train and coach technicians through ride-alongs, evaluations, and skill-building.

Perform job inspections and ensure all work meets company standards.

Track sales metrics, close rates, and team performance.

Stay current on insulation products, codes, and best practices.

What You Bring

Required

3+ years of residential insulation sales experience.

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Proven success in in-home sales and upselling.

Knowledge of fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose, and related products.

Understanding of OSHA compliance and CRM systems (Workiz preferred).

Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to work some evenings/weekends.

Preferred

CSIA certification or HVAC trade experience.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.

Willing to work in varying indoor/outdoor temperatures.
