We are looking for experienced trades professionals to join our team and make an impact each day by responding to customers' needs for restoration and renovation jobs.

    What You’ll Do

    As a Restoration Technician, you’ll work with our team to restore residential and commercial properties after fire, water, smoke, or storm damage.

    Typical work includes:

    Water extraction and structural drying

    Demolition and job site preparation

    Insulation installation and basic construction tasks

    Cleaning and restoration of contents and materials

    Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites

    Communicating clearly with team members

    Participation in a rotating on-call emergency response schedule is required and includes additional incentive pay.

    What We Seek:

    High school diploma/GED plus experience with insulation/restoration/construction or other related trades (e.g., drywall, carpentry)

    Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; lives within 25 miles of our facility

    Reliable personal vehicle required to travel to job sites and to participate in emergency response

    Mechanical/math aptitude and practical experience with hand-held tools and software programs.

    Ability to lift 50 pounds

    Can work on ladders, in attics, and in crawlspaces

    Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

    Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

    Can work with/around cleaning products/chemicals and wear PPE as needed
