Responsibilities: • Stay abreast of industry standards, rates, coverages, insurance products, policies, and carriers through regular communication with industry partners to effectively assist clients • Engage with warm leads provided by our team and conduct telesales to promote mortgage protection coverage • Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate enduring client relationships • Deliver virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise strategies for client acquisition and retention • Manage client accounts and sales pipelines, tracking progress and meeting sales targets Qualifications: • No prior industry experience is required; we offer comprehensive training • Preference for candidates with a background in sales or customer service • This position is commission-only • Demonstrate a strong commitment to transparency, integrity, and diversity • Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and schedule • Hold an active insurance license in your state or be willing to obtain one • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills are essential Compensation: $90,000+ yearly
