We provide comprehensive training and support to help you obtain the necessary insurance license and excel in this role. Responsibilities: • Training: Participate in our training program to obtain the required insurance license and develop the skills necessary for success. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs. • Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing a remote workload effectively. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools. Compensation: $49,000 - $58,800 yearly

    • Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. • Sales: Sell insurance products and services to prospective clients based on their individual requirements. • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their insurance journey. • Leads Driven: Work with leads provided, eliminating the need for cold calling or door-to-door sales. • Training: Participate in our training program to obtain the required insurance license and develop the skills necessary for success.
