Job Description: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Sales team as Account Managers. This is a commission-only position, allowing you to earn uncapped income while working from the comfort of your own home. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, helping them find the right insurance solutions to meet their needs. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools. • Availability for occasional travel, as required. Compensation: $94,000 - $103,400 yearly
