What You'll Do As an Insurance Account Manager, you'll be a trusted resource for clients throughout their insurance journey. You will:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, coverage changes, and claims support
Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and provide additional value
Present insurance solutions tailored to individual client needs
Work closely with carrier partners to secure the best outcomes
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Help create an experience that drives loyalty, referrals, and long-term relationships
What We're Looking For We're looking for an insurance professional who combines industry expertise with a passion for helping clients navigate important coverage decisions. You'll be successful in this role if you:
Hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred
Have at least two years of personal lines insurance account management experience
Possess a strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, rating procedures, underwriting guidelines, and industry operations
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with confidence and professionalism
Can analyze client needs, present coverage options, and recommend solutions that provide meaningful protection
Have the ability to resolve complex customer issues with tact, urgency, and sound judgment
Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Are comfortable using agency management systems and other technology tools to support client service and account management
Take ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with teammates and carrier partners
