Responsibilities: • Work a steady, task‑heavy queue: policy changes, renewals, certificates, billing questions, and follow‑ups. • Communicate kindly and clearly by phone and email; keep clients informed without being chased. • Keep clean, accurate records in our management system; follow established workflows. • Team with colleagues and leadership to solve problems and keep the day moving. • Learn the business, earn/maintain your TN P&C license (we’ll help), and grow into more responsibility. Qualifications: • 1–3 years of professional experience (office admin, banking, customer support, insurance, or similar). • Task‑driven: you plan your work, stay on track, and finish what you start. • Detail‑minded: accuracy and follow‑through matter to you. • Strong communicator with a positive, service‑minded attitude. • Able to work full-time in‑office, Monday–Friday in Chattanooga. • Licensed in TN P&C or willing to obtain within 45–60 days (we sponsor). Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
