The ideal candidate for our entry-level insurance account manager position has to possess the solid communication skills it takes to drive insurance sales among potential clients and new clients. Responsibilities: • Provide helpful answers to clients on any policy or billing questions including explanation of coverage or rate changes to ensure complete understanding • Assist with the renewal process and any policy updates by providing competitive quotes Qualifications: • Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills • We are looking for candidates with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree but will consider those with relevant insurance industry experience, as well • Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is preferred but we will provide training as needed for the right fit and skillset • Candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.) Compensation: $68,000 - $95,000 yearly
