We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships through honest advice and responsive, personal service.
About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients — helping them with policy questions, coverage changes, billing, claims support, and general account service. You'll work closely with our producers to ensure every client has a smooth, positive experience with our agency.

Compensation
$40,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience
What You'll Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals for personal and/or commercial lines
Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing
Support the claims process by guiding clients through next steps and coordinating with carriers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
Remarket existing accounts to competing carriers to ensure clients continue to receive competitive pricing and coverage
Cross-sell and identify opportunities to round out client accounts (e.g., life insurance) alongside producers
Remarket accounts as needed
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, accurate service delivery
What We're Looking For
Prior customer service experience required
Must have a valid, active Property & Casualty insurance license
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computers; experience with agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, EPIC, Applied) a plus
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help people
What We Offer
Competitive salary ($40k–$60k DOE)
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Paid time off (PTO)
401(k) plan
Continuing education support (including licensing renewal and professional designations)
Supportive team environment with room for growth
Consistent, predictable schedule (no nights or weekends)
