What You’ll Do

Help clients secure policies through our trusted brokerage partners.

Educate clients and team members on coverage options and underwriting guidelines.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners.

Manage applications, endorsements, renewals, and policy changes accurately.

Keep up to date with brokerage market products and updates.

Deliver a smooth, friendly, and stress-free client experience.

What We’re Looking For

Insurance experience preferred (brokerage or multi-carrier experience a plus).

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable using insurance platforms, carrier systems, and Microsoft Office.

Property & Casualty license (or willing to get one within 60 days — we’ll help).
