You’ll be responsible for answering any client questions or concerns about coverage, policy changes, and billing deadlines. Responsibilities: • Consult with clients to help process quotes and issue renewals or any updates needed to current policies • Stay up to date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners so you can help clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team understand and address the latest rules and policy updates • Support clients reporting claims on current policies by gathering all documentation needed to give to the adjuster to process • Give clear answers to clients on any coverage or billing questions including information on rate fluctuations or policy changes to ensure full understanding • Document any policy changes on customer accounts according to NAIC regulations in our book of business and clearly communicate with customers about those updates Qualifications: • Must have active insurance license in your state or must be willing to get licensed in 90 days • Candidates should be very strong communicators and problem solvers, and have great follow-up skills • Relevant insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is helpful but not required, training will be provided if your talents are a good match • Candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.) • Candidates should have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree, but all candidates with insurance industry experience will be considered Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
