Independent Insurance Agency | Full-Time | $55,000 – $75,000 (Hourly Base + Commission + Incentives)
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

This is not a revolving-door position. We're hiring someone who wants a career, not just a paycheck.
What You'll Do
Service our existing book of business — answer questions, process changes, handle renewals, and make every client feel like our only client
Sell personal lines insurance to new clients — auto, home, and more
Cross-sell to existing clients — review their coverage, identify gaps, and offer solutions that genuinely fit their needs
Handle a small book of commercial policies — our agency is 96% personal lines and 4% commercial, so commercial work is light. Commercial auto is the only commercial line we actively write and grow.
Educate clients and prospects — break down policies in plain language so people understand exactly what they're buying and why it matters
Build relationships that last — our clients stay with us for decades because we earn it
How You'll Earn
Compensation: $55,000 – $75,000 (base hourly wage + commission)
This role is built for someone who wants real income potential:
Hourly wage for servicing clients — your time is valued and paid
Commission on all new business you write
Incentives and bonuses throughout the year — the more you sell, the more you earn
Uncapped earning potential — established producers on our team have the potential to earn $100,000+
What We're Looking For
A Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain one — we will train the right person)
A Life insurance license is preferred — or the drive to get one
Excellent customer service skills and genuine patience — this is non-negotiable. Our clients are everything.
A self-starter who stays focused, takes initiative, and doesn't need to be micromanaged
Someone who wants to work and wants to sell — you see opportunity, not obligation
