About the Role:

Kyle Nichols Shelter Insurance is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative/Agent Trainee in Senatobia and Holly Springs, Mississippi to market insurance and provide financial services. Responsibilities:

As an Insurance Account Representative/Agent Trainee, you must be highly organized and detail-oriented while also having a positive personality. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to interact in a knowledgeable and professional manner with customers and other Shelter departments.

Requirements:

Sales and/or Insurance related experience (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Solid time-management and multitasking abilities

Active property, casualty, and life/health insurance licensure in Tennessee and/or Mississippi

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Number of new prospects contacted

Closing ratio

Connections with clients

Customer satisfaction

Number of cross-sold accounts

Policy sales growth
