What You’ll Do
- Proactively reach out to prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive referrals, retention, and long-term trust
- Guide customers through policy applications, renewals, and coverage reviews
- Follow up consistently on leads and sales opportunities
- Respond to customer questions with professionalism, urgency, and care
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter with a competitive drive and a passion for helping people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable on the phone and in person
- Previous sales experience required; insurance sales experience strongly preferred
- Property & Casualty license preferred
- Candidates with prior insurance agency experience are highly encouraged to apply
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, coachable, and motivated by performance-based earnings
Compensation
- Base salary: $55,000–$70,000
- Variable compensation: $10,000–$25,000+
- Compensation is tied to performance, with strong earning potential for top producers
