Compensation:

What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities, including warm leads and referrals

Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance coverage

Quote, bind, and issue policies while ensuring accuracy and compliance

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals

Manage follow-ups and pipeline activity using CRM tools

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

Active Property & Casualty license required

Previous insurance sales experience with a proven track record

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Organized, self-disciplined, and results-driven

Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, quoting platforms, and virtual communication tools
