What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Assist clients with coverage questions, policy updates, and account support

Review policies and provide recommendations to ensure appropriate coverage

Prepare quotes and present options across multiple carriers

Support client retention through proactive communication and follow-up

Deliver a positive, responsive service experience at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For:

Active Property & Casualty license required

Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

Service-oriented mindset with a focus on helping clients

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Proactive and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership

Comfortable learning and using agency systems and technology
